We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rack It! Mahjong purchase. If for any reason you're not, please review our policy below.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, and to reach out with any questions prior to buying — we're happy to help.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns and cancellations are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return or cancellation, the product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all original wrap and plastic as received. Items that have been opened, unwrapped, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return.

All approved returns and cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

To request a return or cancellation, please contact us within the 14-day window with your order number and reason for the request.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the defect and a written description of the issue. This helps us process your claim quickly and does not require the item to be in its original packaging.

Pre-Order Policy

We estimate pre-order delivery dates but the potential for unseen delays in the manufacturing and logistics processes means we cannot always 100% guarantee on time delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at rackitmahjong@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. For damaged items, please include a photograph of the damage.

Refund Eligibility

Please note that any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or is returned more than 2 weeks (14 days) after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
